We do not facilitate size or color exchanges. We strongly advise cross-referencing our size specifications and color-coded imagery prior to completing your acquisition.
03. Quality Assurance
Every garment undergoes a multi-stage inspection process to ensure zero manufacturing discrepancies. In the rare event of a validated structural defect upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours with visual evidence for rectification.
